Ace RUBIS Tops Customer Service – Antigua

The results of the 2019 RUBIS regional Customer Service Awards have been announced and ACE ENTERPRISES RUBIS SERVICE STATION, located at the corner of Sir George Walter and Sir Sydney Walling Highway has been adjudged the top station in Antigua followed closely by the team from E&E RUBIS Service Station, Ebenezer in second place. 

The program measures the quality of customer service delivered at RUBIS service stations across the region, by way of mystery shopper visits to each station. The most outstanding station employees and retailers are rewarded for providing excellent service. 

Edwena Jacobs, Station Manager at Ace Enterprises said that the team were so keen to provide excellent service that “losing was not an option” and the staff had pledged to be the winner of the Customer Pulse Program in 2019. She continued, “Service is our business and the Customer Pulse Program which comprises eight mystery shops throughout the year, keeps the staff focused and committed to delivering good customer service and exceeding our customer’s expectations.” Ms. Jacobs explained how motivated the staff were to work harder and be more dedicated and consistent in executing everyday tasks which propelled them to achieve first place in the Customer Pulse.

Curtis Francis, RUBIS Accounts Executive noted that the company’s Customer Pulse Program is geared to measure the level of service our customers receive throughout our retail network. He said, “What is most rewarding about the program is that we constantly provide our Service Ambassadors with vigorous customer training which is intended to enhance our customer’s experience.” He added, “Our customer service goal is to consistently go beyond the call of duty and exceed our customer’s expectation at all times and this ultimately creates customer loyalty to the RUBIS Brand.”
