Rubis West Indies Limited Grenada, a company specializing in the marketing of petroleum products, is seeking to fill the vacant position of Assistant Accounts Executive, within our sales and marketing department.

The Portfolio

The responsibilities for the position include:
• Dealing with customer related sales requests and issues
• Assisting the Accounts Executive in managing the retail and commercial & industrial customer base
• Assisting the Accounts Executive in monitoring retail and commercial & industrial sales and evaluating local market conditions and opportunities
• Processing marketing invoices for payment
• Receiving and compiling customer orders, checking customer balances and working with the credit department, as necessary. Coordinating brokerage services for sales and marketing goods
• Setting up all new product accounts
• Supporting Rubis’ overall business by acting as Brand Ambassador for the company• Working with the marketing team on all promotion and donation activities in the market
• Maintaining electronic and physical files

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related discipline
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated sales track record
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
