The vehicles will be sold on an “as is, where is” basis and can be inspected Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm at the BGI – Joint Operations Fuelling Facility, Terminal 2, Grantley Adams International Airport, Christ Church. Tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing no identification of the Tenderer on the outside and must be clearly marked on the top left-hand corner TENDER FOR SALE OF USED VEHICLES – BGI JOINT OPERATIONS FUELLING. The envelope should be addressed to:

Tenders must be deposited in the drop box at the Rubis Head Office at Welches, St James no later than 3:00pm Friday, October 18, 2024. Alternatively, Tenders may be sent by email to vehbids@rubis-caribbean.com.
Rubis West Indies Limited does not bind itself to accept the highest tender and reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning reasons.
