Gouyave RUBIS Tops Customer Service – Grenada

The results of 2019 RUBIS regional Customer Service Awards have been announced and GOUYAVE RUBIS SERVICE STATION has been adjudged the top station in Grenada followed closely by the team from St. David’s RUBIS Service Station in second place.

The program, administered by Raydeen Hunte, Network Brand Coordinator, measures the quality of customer service delivered at RUBIS service stations across the region, by way of mystery shopper visits to each station. The most outstanding station employees and retailers are rewarded for providing excellent service.

Charles Archer, Retail Accounts Executive said that, “It is gratifying to see these two stations consistently providing quality customer service throughout 2019. While RUBIS sets the framework for what we would like our customers to experience whenever they visit our stations, much credit can be ascribed to the Retailers, Sylvester Quarless and Earl Carter from Gouyave and St. David’s Service Stations respectively, who are working with their staff to enforce the standards. Service Ambassadors at these stations were enthusiastic about giving their customers great service every time as they are conscious of the value excellent customer service brings.”
