Each year the RUBIS Customer Pulse program recognizes and rewards the top two RUBIS service stations for achieving excellence in customer service throughout the year. Service standards are measured by mystery shoppers who visit the station quarterly to observe and assess the quality of service they are offered by staff. In St Lucia, the teams of Hewanorra and Southern Taxi RUBIS Service Stations, both in Vieux Fort, attained first and second place respectively in this coveted award for 2022.
The team at Hewanorra RUBIS Service Station has topped the stations five times in the past 10 years and each achievement drives them to go above and beyond. Johanna Charles, Manager Hewanorra RUBIS, in expressing appreciation noted, “At Hewanorra RUBIS our team works hard daily to ensure each customer feels welcomed and taken care of when they visit our station. We’re immensely proud of their dedication to excellence and grateful for their contribution to the business. We will continue to strive to be a leading provider of exceptional customer service.”
Hazel Duncan, Manager Southern Taxi RUBIS Service Station, expressed the team’s elation in placing second overall. “We continue to provide our customers with excellent service always and continue to thrive as a team. Furthermore, we are looking forward to capturing first place for 2023 as we continue to provide excellent service to our amazing customers,” Ms Duncan said.
Chriselda Norbal, RUBIS Retail Accounts Executive, congratulated the awardees and all stations in the RUBIS network for providing excellent customer service throughout the year. She noted, “We are very proud as a company to see the high level of consistent service being offered through our retail network. It gives me great pleasure to award each Service Ambassador for their hard work and dedication. We look forward to even higher results in 2023!”
