Each year the RUBIS Customer Pulse program recognizes and rewards the top two RUBIS service stations for achieving excellence in customer service throughout the year. Service standards are measured by mystery shoppers who visit the station quarterly to observe and assess the quality of service they are offered by staff. In Barbados, the teams of Kirtons and Coverley RUBIS Service Stations attained first and second place respectively in this coveted award for 2022.
The team at Kirtons RUBIS Service Station has topped the list twice in the past ten years and placed second on several occasions. Samantha Smith, Manager at Kirtons RUBIS explained, “Customer service is an important part of our business as our objective is to provide customers with a consistently high level of service and a clean and appealing environment. Our customers are part of the family at Kirtons RUBIS. We wish to extend appreciation to our customers for their continued patronage and thank our staff for their commitment to service, often going the extra mile.”
Mark Murphy, Retailer Coverley RUBIS commented, “Our team truly appreciates the award for providing excellent customer service in the RUBIS network in Barbados.” He attributed the win to each member of the team recognizing the importance of meeting their customer’s expectations consistently and, when possible, exceeding those expectations.
