Melville Street RUBIS Tops Customer Service in Grenada

RUBIS continues to focus on the delivery of excellent service at its service stations through its Customer Pulse Rewards Program (CPRP), which is designed to educate, motivate and reward RUBIS service station employees when they consistently deliver outstanding service to customers. Service standards at each station are measured through this mystery shopper program throughout the year and the employees of the top stations achieving the highest scores are rewarded.

Melville Street RUBIS Service Station, St. George’s, copped first place in the Customer Pulse 2023 program for the second consecutive year. This team has always ranked among the top stations providing excellent customer service since the program started in 2012, demonstrating appreciation for their customers while making customer service excellence an integral part of business operations. Botanical Gardens RUBIS Service Station, Paddock, St. George’s, raised the bar this year to take second place. Both stations are operated by retailer Earl Carter.

On presentation of the awards to staff, Mr. Carter said he was pleased that his team was able to grasp the importance of providing top quality customer service to clients and meeting the standard for them to attain the top two positions among RUBIS service stations in Grenada. He acknowledged that the recipe of their success was ensuring they followed the RUBIS service standards and making customers feel like top priority.

Charles Archer, RUBIS Country Representative, said that it was very pleasing for him to present the awards to both teams and congratulated everyone for the excellent effort they put into achieving the top positions for 2023. He stressed how important it is for them to aim to maintain excellent service standards throughout 2024.
