The results of 2019 RUBIS regional Customer Service Awards have been announced and PORTSMOUTH RUBIS SERVICE STATION has been adjudged the top station in Dominica.
The program measures the quality of customer service delivered at RUBIS service stations across the region, by way of mystery shopper visits to each station. The most outstanding station employees and retailers are rewarded for providing excellent service.
Milton Sebastien, RUBIS Accounts Executive noted that, “The company’s Customer Pulse Program measures the level of service customers receive throughout our retail network.” He added that, “Our customer service goal is to consistently go beyond the call of duty and exceed our customer’s expectation at all times and this ultimately creates customer loyalty to the RUBIS Brand.
