Each year the RUBIS Customer Pulse program recognizes and rewards the top two RUBIS service stations for achieving excellence in customer service throughout the year. Service standards are measured by mystery shoppers who visit the station twice per quarter to observe and assess the quality of service offered by staff. In Guyana, the teams of Ross, Ruimveldt and Mahaica RUBIS Service Stations, attained first and second place respectively in this coveted award for 2022.
The team at Ross RUBIS Service Station has topped the list on three occasions since joining the RUBIS network in 2018, achieving first place on two occasions and second place once. Each achievement drives them to go above and beyond, giving their best to customers. This is the first occasion that the team from Mahaica RUBIS has won the award under the current Retailer Samdeo Singh who also joined Team RUBIS in 2018.
Coretta Ross Hopkinson, Retailer at Ross RUBIS Service Station on receiving the award said, “We wish to thank our team members who diligently ensured service always came first.
