
RUBIS recently presented vital school supplies to the staff and students of the Nelvie N. Gore Primary School located in Willikies Village, St Philip. The donation, valued at XCD$2,500, included much needed stationery like pencils, pens, crayons and paper as well as sanitising items, including hand sanitiser and soap dispensers.
Alison Spencer, Principal of the school, expressed her gratitude to RUBIS for the timely donation which she pledged would be utilised immediately. She also appreciated that the donation exceeded the school’s expectations, stating, ”We are very grateful to RUBIS for their assistance and hope they will continue to support our school. We are pleased to present them with a certificate of appreciation.”
Raphaelene Jackson, RUBIS Sales Manager, explained, “As our children begin the important step of returning to face-to-face learning, we recognisedthat our schools needed assistance in stocking important supplies, which now include extra items for sanitising. TeamRUBIS was happy to assist and will endeavour to support the work of the school in the future.”
