Ross RUBIS Tops Customer Service – Guyana

The results of the 2019 RUBIS regional Customer Service Awards have been announced and Ross RUBIS Service Station, Rumiveldt, has been adjudged the top station in Guyana followed closely by the team from Success RUBIS Service Station, East Coast Road in second place. 

The program measures the quality of customer service delivered at RUBIS service stations across the region, by way of mystery shopper visits to each station. The most outstanding station employees and retailers are rewarded for providing excellent service.

Rhonda Johnson, Retail Accounts Executive said that, “It is delightful to see that these two stations consistently provided quality customer service throughout 2019. While RUBIS sets the framework for the customer service experience, much credit can be ascribed to the Retailers, Caretta Ross-Hopkinson and Surendra ‘Lionel’ Harpershad from Ross and Success RUBIS Service Stations respectively, who are working with their staff every day and enforcing the standards. Service Ambassadors were enthusiastic about getting their service right all the time as they are conscious of the value excellent customer service brings. We have often impressed upon them during training sessions that outstanding service induces a sense of personal satisfaction to see customers leaving the station with a pleasant demeanour.”
