The RUBIS E&E and Ace Service Stations were recently honoured for their consistent delivery of excellent customer service.  The two retail teams achieved the highest rating in the 2017 RUBIS Customer Pulse program, placing first and second in the ranking among all RUBIS service stations in Antigua.

The Customer Pulse program measures the quality of customer service delivered by each outlet and both stations have excelled from the inception of the RUBIS program in 2013.  Stations are encouraged through a series of assessments to consistently focus on the quality and level of service offered, attentiveness to customers and the physical appearance of the station.

In acknowledging the award Mr. Lynroy Ephraim, Manager of E&E Service Station commented that, “The Customer Pulse Program is beneficial to our business as it teaches the Service Ambassadors excellent customer service skills while rewarding them in the process.”   He added, “The program also increases sales volume by building a larger customer base.”  The E&E Service Station retail team was presented with a plaque, certificates and monetary awards for each service ambassador in recognition of their performance.

Curtis Francis, Rubis Retail Account Executive said, “The RUBIS Customer Pulse Program was designed to measure and enhance the performance of service to our customers, through our vigorous training programs.”  He added, “Ultimately our excellent customer service cultivates customer loyalty, business profitability and brand sustainability.”  Mr. Francis acknowledged the Customer Pulse program also rewards the service ambassadors for performing their duties with excellence.  He said, “With this program everyone is a winner.”
