The RUBIS Melville Street and Gouyave Service Stations were recently honoured for their consistent delivery of excellent customer service. The two retail teams achieved the highest rating in the 2017 RUBIS Customer Pulse program, placing first and second in the ranking among all Rubis service stations in Grenada.
The Customer Pulse program measures the quality of customer service delivered by each outlet and both stations have excelled from the inception of the Rubis program in 2013. Stations are encouraged through a series of assessments to consistently focus on the quality and level of service offered, attentiveness to customers and the physical appearance of the station.
Congratulating his team for their ability and willingness to accommodate and adapt to customer demands, Earl Carter, Retailer, Melville Street Service Station said, “It is truly an honour for our team to have won the award for providing the highest level of customer service in the Rubis Grenada network.” He attributed the win to each member of the team recognizing the importance of meeting their customer’s expectations consistently and when possible, exceeding those expectations. It is station’s fourth consecutive win.
Debra Quarless, Retailer, Gouyave Service Station, thanked the management and staff of the station and Rubis for the award. She said “We would like to thank Rubis for launching a great program which encourages staff to continue providing remarkably great customer service.” She added, “To all our valuable customers, we will continue to provide you with exceptional customer service and thank you for your continued patronage – keep using the Rubis brand.”
Charles Archer, Country Representative, Rubis Grenada, explained that all their retailers and employees are making a concerted effort to provide all customers with better, quality service. He added that he has seen a steady improvement in the level of service offered at all Rubis Service Stations and this is mainly due to the tireless efforts of retailers and staff.
