RUBIS Peruvian Vale and St. Vincent Motors Service Stations were recently honoured for their consistent delivery of excellent customer service.  The two retail teams achieved the highest rating in the 2017 RUBIS Customer Pulse program, placing first and second respectively in the ranking among all RUBIS service stations in St. Vincent.

The Customer Pulse program measures the quality of customer service delivered by each outlet.  Retail teams are encouraged through a series of assessments to consistently focus on the quality and level of service offered, attentiveness to customers and the physical appearance of the station.

Evadnie Creese, Manager, RUBIS Peruvian Vale Service Station, was elated to be recognized.  She said, “Customer service is a significant part of our business and I wish to extend a heartfelt thank you to our customers for their continued patronage over the years, our staff for going the extra mile and to our owner, Mr. Laborde, for entrusting me with the responsibility of managing the site.”   She added, “We are proud to be associated with the RUBIS brand.”

Michael Gun-Munro Retailer of RUBIS St. Vincent Motors explained that “We always strive to provide our customers with the best service possible, and we are very proud of the service ambassadors for their achievement.”

Elroy Edwards, Accounts Executive, RUBIS, explained that retailers and employees were making a concerted effort to provide customers with better, quality service.   He said,  “There has been a steady improvement in the level of service offered at all our service stations due mainly to the tireless efforts of retailers and staff who aspire to a common vision of providing an excellent customer experience with each visit. ”
