Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Grenada


Rubis West Indies Limited Grenada, a company specializing in the marketing of petroleum products, is seeking to fill the vacant position of Sales & Marketing Coordinator, within our sales and marketing department.  

The Portfolio

The responsibilities for the position include: 

  • Supporting the Accounts Executive in managing the retail and commercial & industrial customer base 
  • Supporting the Accounts Executive in monitoring retail and commercial & industrial sales and evaluating local market conditions and opportunities
  • Dealing with customer related sales requests and issues
  • Processing marketing invoices for payment
  • Receiving and compiling customer orders, checking customer balances and working with the credit department, as necessary. Coordinating brokerage services for sales and marketing goods
  • Setting up all new product accounts
  • Supporting Rubis’ overall business by acting as Brand Ambassador for the company
  • Working with the regional marketing team on all promotion and donation activities in the market
  • Maintaining electronic and physical files
  • Supporting the growth and maintenance of the various Rubis Card Programs

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated sales track record 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
