RUBIS continues to focus on the delivery of excellent service at its service stations through its Customer Pulse Rewards Program (CPRP), which is designed to educate, motivate and reward RUBIS service station employees when they consistently deliver outstanding service to customers. Service standards at each station are measured through this mystery shopper program throughout the year and the employees of the top stations achieving the highest scores are rewarded.
Success RUBIS Service Station, Success Public Road, East Coast Demerara, copped first place in the Customer Pulse 2023 program. The team at Success RUBIS has commanded one of the top two spots for excellent customer service over the past few years, demonstrating appreciation for their customers while making customer service excellence an integral part of their business operations. Ramsburg RUBIS Service Station, Providence, East Coast Demerara, raised the bar this year to take second place.
On presentation of the awards to staff, Surendra “Lionel” Harpershad, Retailer at Success Service Station, noted, “Our team is delighted to receive the top score in the Customer Pulse Program. In our journey towards achieving excellent customer service, we are confident that with continued commitment and effort we will be able to sustain our service quality. Thank you to our very devoted Service Ambassadors and the RUBIS team for their support.”
Melissa Edwards, Supervisor at Ramsburg RUBIS commented, “I attribute our success to teamwork. An excellent example is when Service Ambassador Israel Evans was working in the convenience store but was called on to assist on the forecourt where he provided service to a customer who coincidentally happened to be the mystery shopper. He scored 100%. We work very hard to deliver service the RUBIS way by being prompt, efficient, friendly and reliable.”
