SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
Rubis West Indies Limited, a company specialising in the marketing of petroleum products, invites capable, compliant and committed vendors to join our Caribbean Supplier Diversification Program. We seek proven partners to support the expansion, maintenance and operations of our facilities. This is a strategic opportunity to become a preferred supplier of a leading energy company with immediate and high-value work available.
Service Categories:
- New facility construction (fuel terminals, retail sites, civil and structural work)
- Bulk tank supply, installation, commissioning above and below ground tanks
- Monthly preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Tank and line cleaning, decommissioning and hydro-testing
- Security services (marine/port-licensed where applicable)
- PPE supply, inventory management and logistics
- Generator and AC service, repair and preventive maintenance
- Technical consultants: engineering estimates, CAD drawings, specifications, inspections, project supervision
MANDATORY SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Company profile, local presence or formal local partner documentation
- Legal registration and tax compliance in the operating jurisdiction(s)
- Relevant licenses, permits and professional certifications (including marine and security licenses where required)
- Insurance certificates: Public Liability, Employer’s Liability, and Professional Indemnity
- HSE policy and recent HSE performance evidence (incident records, training (OSHA 40 hours or RUBIS internal Comprehensive Safety Training))
- Technical capability: CVs of key personnel, list of major equipment, certifications
- Three (3) client references with contact information
- Evidence of financial viability: most recent audited financial statements or bank reference
- Sample deliverables: past project scope, drawings, estimates, or case studies
- Statement of Compliance with local laws, labour regulations and industry standard
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in comparable work
EVALUATION AND NEXT STEPS:
- Submissions will be reviewed for completeness – insufficient packages will not be considered
- Evaluation factors: compliance, technical capability, HSE performance, financial stability, local presence, competitive pricing history
- Shortlisted firms will be invited to demonstrate capability, provide additional documents, and may be asked to attend a local interview or site visit
- Successful applicants will be placed on our Preferred Supplier List and fast-tracked for tender invitations
