Register your email address
- To register, send us the following information:
- LPG account name
- Delivery address
- Email address to register
Sign up online
- Go to ORDERS in the main menu OR visit orders.rubis-caribbean.com.
- You will see the screen below:
- Once your email address has been confirmed as registered, sign up as a new user, using your LPG account number and registered email address. Either:
Go to Products & Services in the main menu, under Orders click Barbados Rubigas LPG Orders.
- Select New user? Click here to register.
- You will then arrive at the customer registration screen. Complete the information on the left to register.
- Once registered, you will receive an email with registration confirmation and request to set your password. If you do not see this email in your Inbox, please check your Junk and Spam folders. Once completed you are ready to order online!
- If you need more help, select CONTACT US and send a message for assistance.
Place your order
- To place your Rubigas 100lbs cylinder order, log in on the ORDERS page using your registered email address and password.
- Payment can be made online using a credit or debit card. Alternatively you can pay on delivery, or through SurePay, RBC or Scotia Online.
- You will receive an order confirmation. It’s as easy as that!

- REGISTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
To sign up and use the customer portal, your email address must be registered in our system. Contact us by phone or email
rubislpgcustomer@rubis-caribbean.com with your LPG account name and number, delivery address and email address to register.
- Sign up online
Once your email address has been confirmed as registered, go to Products & Services in the main menu and select Order Rubigas LPG Now and sign up as a new user, using your LPG account number and registered email address.
You will then arrive at Customer Registration. Complete the information on the left to register.
Once registered, you will receive a registration confirmation and request to set your password. Once completed you are ready to order online!

To order, log in on the ORDERS page using your registered email address and password. Payments can be made on delivery or online using a credit or debit card, RBC and Scotiabank online or through SurePay. You will receive an order confirmation. It’s as easy as that!
