Team RUBIS Marigot is celebrating the thrill of a job well done after securing first place in the 2025 RUBIS Customer Pulse Programme awards. Customers of AC Shillingford RUBIS also have reason to smile, as the station earned second place in the annual programme, which promotes customer service excellence through mystery shopping and regular staff training across Dominica.
Retailer at Marigot RUBIS, Rogerson Rivere, shared his thoughts on the win with pride. He stated, “I would like to congratulate the entire team for always putting their best foot forward with a 100% score. I make every effort to provide the team with everything they need so there are no obstacles to them performing their jobs effectively and we are fully committed to doing even better in 2026.”
At AC Shillingford RUBIS, Manager Cornelius Timothy also expressed pride in the achievement, attributing it to the team’s continued commitment to customer service excellence and operational consistency. “I am fortunate to work with employees who genuinely value customer service and take pride in what they do. The team I have now consistently delivers great service, and they are the reason for this improvement.”
