Team RUBIS Victoria is celebrating the thrill of a job well done after securing first place in the 2025 RUBIS Customer Pulse Programme awards. Customers of E&F RUBIS also have reason to smile, as the station earned second place in the annual programme, which promotes customer service excellence through mystery shopping and regular staff training across Grenada.
Frederick Belfon, Retailer at both Victoria and E&F RUBIS shared his thoughts on the performance of his teams with pride, especially since the Victoria team scored a perfect score. He stated, “2025 was a year of true teamwork. This collaborative spirit extended beyond the mystery shop windows and continued throughout the year. I am immensely proud of my teams and encourage them to carry this naturally demonstrated excellence forward into 2026. Congrats to my teams!”
RUBIS Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Catoria Jeremiah, noted that RUBIS works closely and collaboratively with retail teams to strengthen customer service standards across the network. “The year 2025 was marked by excitement, motivation, and a consistent drive toward customer service excellence. Our team set the plan in motion and worked closely with our Retailers to maintain strong momentum throughout the year. Grenada experienced extraordinary results as we transformed the mystery shopper experience into our everyday standard.”
