The event was officially opened by Arya Ali, who performed the ceremonial ribbon cutting. Among the highlights was the keynote address by President of Guyana, Irfaan Ali, who spoke on “Guyana’s Energy Leadership in the Caribbean,” underscoring the country’s growing influence and commitment to sustainable development and regional partnership.
