A donation from Team RUBIS to the Montgava Foundation’s 2024 back-to-school initiative will ensure that another 30 deserving Grenadian students will not be short of school supplies for the new academic year.
The donation includes backpacks, pencil cases filled with stationery, lunch bags, bottles, and exercise books, distributed to deserving students from primary school to college.
Following the presentation, Areen Lewis, RUBIS Account Executive, said RUBIS was pleased to be part of the initiative.
“Our support for the Montgava Foundation will ensure students have adequate supplies for returning to school. We know that this is a critical period in the academic calendar, and we see this support as a meaningful way for our company to impact students’ lives and academic success positively,” Lewis said.
Chairman of Montgava Foundation, Glynis Roberts expressed her organization’s deep gratitude to RUBIS for its contribution to the back-to-school initiative, noting that a wide range of students would benefit, starting from as young as five years old up to tertiary level.
