Back-to-school 2025 was a joyful occasion for 50 students of Kuru Kururu Primary School, who had plenty to smile about after RUBIS donated their back-to-school supplies – including backpacks, lunch bags, exercise books, pencils and gift vouchers for new footwear.
Students from various grade levels benefited from this gesture, which was made in partnership with Kuru Kururu to support parents and families where a need was identified.
RUBIS Sales & Marketing Coordinator Natasha Brown said the company was committed to supporting education, stating, “It was a pleasure representing RUBIS Guyana Inc. and contributing to the Kuru Kururu Primary School community. We look forward to continuing these impactful initiatives where we can support education.”
In her appreciation, Senior Mistress at Kuru Kururu Primary School, Melicia Johnson, said the support made a significant impact.
“The staff and parents of Kuru Kururu Primary School extend heartfelt thanks to RUBIS Guyana Inc. for their generous and thoughtful contributions. Your donations have significantly supported our parents and enhanced our pupils’ readiness for the new academic year. We sincerely appreciate your support and look forward to your continued generosity in the future.”
