The Guyana Association for the Visually Impaired (GAVI) and Team RUBIS marked three consecutive years of partnership in 2025, when twenty-five food hampers, valued at GYD $500,000, were presented to GAVI during the recent festive season in support of its mission to promote inclusion and recognise the value of all members of society.
Natasha Brown, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, said RUBIS was deeply honoured to extend its support to GAVI for a third year.
“It was our privilege to provide a donation to aid the incredible members of this community. We are inspired by the resilience and spirit of the individuals at GAVI, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive society for all Guyanese,” Brown said.
Leon Amsterdam, President, Guyana Association for the Visually Impaired, expressed appreciation, noting: “We remain eternally grateful for RUBIS’ generosity and continued assistance to our Association and for recognising the vulnerability of our members. We look forward to your continued partnership.”
