RUBIS Caribbean Sales & Marketing Team Sets the Stage for 2025 Success

The RUBIS Caribbean Sales and Marketing team recently gathered from February 3–6, 2025 to review 2024 performance and strategize for the year ahead. The meeting brought together teams from Jamaica, Haiti, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Turks & Caicos, The Bahamas, and the Eastern Caribbean, fostering collaboration and alignment across the region.

In attendance with the team were RUBIS Énergie CEO Jean-Christian Bergeron and Director of Marketing Strategy and Development Julia Riou from the Paris office. 

The team was commended for their outstanding 2024 performance and encouraged to build on this momentum. Engaging presentations sparked robust discussions and idea-sharing, laying the foundation for strong 2025 planning and execution.

The meeting concluded with the 2024 Sales Competition Awards, recognizing top performers in the Eastern Caribbean:

  • Elroy Edwards (St. Vincent) – Highest Retail Volume Growth & Best in Image and Appearance
  • Areen Lewis (Grenada) – Highest C&I New Business Growth, Highest Increase in Customer Pulse & Highest Lubes Volume Growth
  • Imran Phillips (Barbados) – Highest C&I Volume Growth

Leaving the meeting energized and inspired, the teams reaffirmed their commitment to efficiency, excellence in customer service, pristine sites and growing the RUBIS brand in 2025.
