Rubis recently celebrated the success of their top regional retailers with a celebratory trip to historic Madrid, Spain. This year’s awardees were: Peruvian Vale Service Station, St Vincent; My Lords’ Hill Service Station, Barbados; Ace Enterprises, Antigua; St David’s Service Station, Grenada; and Spencers Service Station, St Lucia. The group was accompanied by Rubis Caribbean CEO, Mauricio Nicholls and Sales & Marketing Manager, Ricardo Milford.
“Our retailers are our links to the communities in which we operate and we are pleased to recognise them for their hard work in providing excellent customer service, maintaining strong fuel sales, efficient inventory management and the superior maintenance of their facilities’ explained Mr. Nicholls. This point was not lost on those who attended as they thanked TeamRUBIS for the detail and thoughtfulness they put into the organisation and execution of the trip. The trip included visits tothe Real Madrid Santiago Bernabeu Soccer Stadium, a walking tour of historical and artistic Madrid and an excursion to the historic city of Toledo. The group was also treated to a black tie dinner and wine tasting session at the exclusive La Gran Peña Private Club. The next destination for Rubis’ top retailers will be to Rome, Italy.
