Providing excellent customer service at its service stations is a cornerstone of the RUBIS philosophy. The top performing service stations in the RUBIS 2021 Customer Pulse program were recently rewarded. The Customer Pulse program measures the quality of customer service delivered at RUBIS service stations in the Eastern Caribbean, through mystery shops conducted by a third-party provider. Station employees and retailers in each country, with the most outstanding results, are rewarded for providing first-rate service.

In St. Lucia, Soufriere RUBIS Service Station was the top station in the RUBIS network based on their excellent customer service scores in the mystery shops, demonstrating commitment and dedication to excellence in their approach to customer service. Second place went to the team from Southern Taxi RUBIS Service Station, Vieux Fort. 

Amanda Charles, Supervisor at Soufriere RUBIS, spoke on the team’s dedication and the superior customer service provided to their valued customers daily despite the ongoing challenges faced by the pandemic. She explained, “It wasn’t an easy task. However our team was able to persevere through hard work and dedication. We would like to express our gratitude to RUBIS and appreciation to our valued customers as we look forward to continuing delivering extraordinary service in the future.”

Ladel Charlery, Service Ambassador at Southern Taxi RUBIS said that she and her team were elated with their award, having placed first in the program in 2016. She explained, “Winning this award has motivated the team to do better, strive for excellence and ensure that our amazing customers are left satisfied and happy.”

Chriselda Norbal, RUBIS Accounts Executive, expressed her appreciation to the Retailers and Service Ambassadors throughout the network for their efforts to continue providing quality service despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. She explained, “Customer service is in our DNA and we strive to ensure that our Service Ambassadors remain quick, efficient and reliable with the level of service offered daily. We would like to congratulate Soufriere RUBIS and Southern Taxi RUBIS Service Stations on their achievements and look forward to even better results in 2022. Great job and continue to strive for excellence!”
