Ace RUBIS leads the way in customer service

Ace RUBIS, Corner of Sir George Walter & Sir Sydney Walling Highway, took first place in the 2024 RUBIS Customer Pulse Program, which educates and monitors service levels at RUBIS stations. The win has raised the service excellence bar, firmly establishing Ace RUBIS as the standard bearer for its counterparts and customer service excellence across the sector. E&E RUBIS, Ebenezer Village took 2nd place.

Manager of Ace RUBIS, Edwena Jacobs, was delighted with the accomplishment, stating, “At Ace we go beyond our customers’ expectations by providing excellent service. Our excellent service is the product of this Program, held throughout the year to make sure we deliver maximum customer satisfaction.” Speaking on behalf of the team at E&E, Manager Lynroy Ephraim said more could be expected of them in 2025. “This Program has been a motivator for both management and Service Ambassadors since its inception and has proven that commitment to excellence pays. Rubis is committed by being a trailblazer and this customer service training to Service Ambassadors equips them with the tools necessary to offer excellent customer service to each customer,” Ephraim said.

RUBIS Accounts Executive Curtis Francis congratulated the winners and the entire network for giving their best in pursuit of excellence, commenting, “Our Customer Pulse program for 2024 was challenged with frequent Service Ambassador turn overs which resulted in numerous refresher trainings. Notwithstanding the challenges, as a network, together with the stakeholders, we were able to maintain our focus, committed and dedicated to our customer service values. Our goal is to exceed our customers’ expectations throughout 2025 and beyond.”

Under the Customer Pulse program, service standards at RUBIS stations across the Eastern Caribbean are measured quarterly through mystery shops and regular staff training.
