La Fargue RUBIS, Choiseul, took first place in the 2024 RUBIS Customer Pulse Program, which educates and monitors service levels at RUBIS stations. The win has raised the service excellence bar, firmly establishing La Fargue RUBIS as the standard bearer for its counterparts and customer service excellence across the sector. Spencer’s RUBIS, St. Jude Highway, Vieux Fort took 2nd place.
Operations Supervisor of La Fargue RUBIS, Sira Labadie, was delighted with the accomplishment, stating, “This win is truly an honour for our station. The journey required a great deal of hard work, but it was worth it. Our team remains committed to maintaining these high standards of customer service in 2025 and beyond, always keeping our customers as our top priority.” Speaking on behalf of the team at Spencer’s, Manager Shervina Ambrose said more could be expected of them in 2025. “Congratulations to the entire team for their tireless efforts in maintaining the high standards they strive so hard to maintain. A heartfelt thank you to our valued customers for consistently choosing Spencer’s RUBIS. We remain committed to ensuring that exceptional customer service is sustained,” Ambrose said.

Under the Customer Pulse program, service standards at RUBIS stations across the Eastern Caribbean are measured quarterly through mystery shops and regular staff training.
