Hewanorra and North South RUBIS Top Customer Service in St. Lucia

RUBIS continues to focus on the delivery of excellent service at its service stations through its Customer Pulse Rewards Program (CPRP), which is designed to educate, motivate and reward RUBIS service station employees when they consistently deliver outstanding service to customers. Service standards at each station are measured through this mystery shopper program throughout the year and the employees of the top stations achieving the highest scores are rewarded.

Two service stations have jointly been awarded first place in the Customer Pulse 2023 program. Hewanorra RUBIS Service Station, Bean Field, Vieux Fort, has emerged at the top for the second consecutive year. North South RUBIS Service Station, Chaussee Road, Castries, another RUBIS station that is known for great customer service over the years, has also come out on top. The teams
at Hewanorra and North South RUBIS have commanded the top spot for excellent customer service on several occasions, demonstrating appreciation for their customers while making customer service excellence an integral part of their business operations.

On presentation of the awards to staff, Desmond Charles, Sales Manager at Hewanorra Service Station, noted, “In a landscape where customer satisfaction is paramount, this recognition underscores our continual efforts to go above and beyond, ensuring that every interaction is not just a transaction but a meaningful connection.
