Ramsburg RUBIS, Providence, East Bank Demerara, took first place in the 2024 RUBIS Customer Pulse Program, which educates and monitors service levels at RUBIS stations. After achieving second place in the 2023 Program, this win has raised the service excellence bar, firmly establishing Ramsburg RUBIS as the standard bearer for its counterparts and customer service excellence across the sector. Ross RUBIS, Ruimveldt, Georgetown, took 2nd place.
Manager of Ramsburg RUBIS, Emani Carmichael, was delighted with the accomplishment, stating, “Our team is consistently exceeding expectations. This is a testament to the staff’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We will keep raising the bar!” Speaking on behalf of the team at Ross, Retailer Caretta Ross-Hopkinson said more could be expected of them in 2025. “We are incredibly grateful for receiving this recognition. It is a tremendous honor to be acknowledged, and we truly appreciate the support that helped us reach this milestone,” Ross-Hopkinson said.
RUBIS Retail Account Executive Joylyn Johnson congratulated the winners and the entire network for giving their best in pursuit of excellence, commenting, “It is once again heartwarming to see some of our stations being very consistent with delivering service the Rubis Way. While we customarily recognize the two top performing sites, others have made a valiant effort at improving their standards. RUBIS will continue to invest heavily in training the Service Ambassadors so that every engagement with our customers leaves a positive mark. Our aspiration is to have all the stations on a consistent basis offer superior customer service.”
Under the Customer Pulse program, service standards at RUBIS stations across the Eastern Caribbean are measured quarterly through mystery shops and regular staff training.
