Marigot RUBIS leads the way in customer service

Marigot RUBIS took first place in the 2024 RUBIS Customer Pulse Program, which educates and monitors service levels at RUBIS stations. The win has raised the service excellence bar, firmly establishing Marigot RUBIS as the standard bearer for its counterparts and customer service excellence across the sector. Canefield RUBIS took 2nd place.

Retailer of Marigot RUBIS, Rogerson Rivere, was delighted with the accomplishment, stating, “It feels good knowing that you have staff that will put their best foot forward to do what it takes to please the customer at all times. It’s not about me, it’s about the staff, and without them, I’m nothing.” Speaking on behalf of the team at Canefield, Retailer Heskeith Bellot said more could be expected of them in 2025. “I am excited for the opportunity, and I want to thank the team for all their efforts they put in for achieving second place. This is just motivation for us since we will be working for first place in 2025,” Bellot said.

RUBIS Accounts Executive Vanalda Henry-Vidal congratulated the winners and the entire network for giving their best in pursuit of excellence, commenting, “2024 began with its challenges, but I am genuinely proud of how the year concluded. Every station showed remarkable progress, underscoring their dedication to delivering outstanding service to our customers. It’s truly rewarding to be part of an organisation that prioritises customer excellence in such a meaningful and visible way. I remain fully committed to upholding RUBIS’ high standards and continuously enhancing our customer experience.”

Under the Customer Pulse program, service standards at RUBIS stations across the Eastern Caribbean are measured quarterly through mystery shops and regular staff training.
