St. Vincent Motors RUBIS, Arnos Vale, took first place in the 2024 RUBIS Customer Pulse Program, which educates and monitors service levels at RUBIS stations. The win has raised the service excellence bar, firmly establishing St. Vincent Motors RUBIS as the standard bearer for its counterparts and customer service excellence across the sector. Peruvian Vale RUBIS took 2nd place. These two teams have commanded one of the top two spots for excellent customer service over the past eight years.
Retailer of St. Vincent Motors RUBIS, Loren Gun-Munro, was delighted with the accomplishment, stating, “This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and our dedication to continuously improving to meet our customers’ needs. We extend our sincere gratitude to RUBIS for their ongoing support and motivation, inspiring us to strive for excellence every day.” Speaking on behalf of the team at Peruvian Vale, Manager Evadnie Creese said more could be expected of them in 2025. “Providing excellent customer service is essential to the success of any organisation. We are dedicated to ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated with each interaction. To our loyal customers, we offer our heartfelt thanks for your unwavering support and continued patronage,” Creese said.
RUBIS Accounts Executive Elroy Edwards congratulated the winners and the entire network for giving their best in pursuit of excellence, commenting, “All stations performed exceptionally well, with two stations achieving scores above 90% and the others achieving above the benchmark score of 86%. I want to express my sincere appreciation to all retailers for their continued efforts in delivering exceptional customer service. Their dedication and commitment to excellence remains invaluable as we strive to deliver even better service in 2025.”
Under the Customer Pulse program, service standards at RUBIS stations across the Eastern Caribbean are measured quarterly through mystery shops and regular staff training.
