Melville Street RUBIS excels in customer service – Grenada 

Each year the RUBIS Customer Pulse program recognizes and rewards the top two RUBIS service stations for achieving excellence in customer service throughout the year. Service standards are measured by mystery shoppers who visit the station twice per quarter to observe and assess the quality of service they are offered by staff. In Grenada, the teams of Melville Street, St George’s and Gouyave RUBIS Service Stations attained first and second place respectively in this coveted award for 2022.

The team at Melville Street RUBIS Service Station has topped the list on three occasions over the past ten years and each achievement drives them to go above and beyond, giving their best to customers. Earl Carter, Retailer Melville Street RUBIS, congratulated his staff on a job well done! He said he has recognized the efforts and initiative taken over the past few months by the team to emerge top performers. He further thanked RUBIS for the support offered with continuous training to service ambassadors. Mr Carter expressed that he is extremely proud of his team and is looking forward to another year of top performance from his team.

Upon receiving the plaque to commemorate the second place position, Debbie Quarless, Retailer of the Gouyave RUBIS Service Station, said she was very pleased at the outcome as several new workers were involved and she was very happy for the positive growth in their customer service. The staff themselves were elated to be rewarded with the cash incentive received for second place and all remarked that they will be aiming to get even better results in 2023.

Areen Lewis, RUBIS Retail Accounts Executive congratulated the teams on becoming last year’s top performing service stations. She added, “The results match the effort as I have seen the collaborative approach taken towards the commitment to deliver service the RUBIS way. I further thank the teams and encourage them to keep delivering premium service everyday”.
