Peruvian Vale RUBIS Tops Customer Service – St. Vincent

The results of 2019 RUBIS regional Customer Service Awards have been announced and PERUVIAN VALE RUBIS SERVICE STATION, has been adjudged the top station in St. Vincent followed closely by the team from St. Vincent Motors RUBIS Service Station in second place.

The program measures the quality of customer service delivered at RUBIS service stations across the region, by way of mystery shopper visits to each station. The most outstanding station employees and retailers are rewarded for providing excellent service.

Elroy Edwards, Accounts Executive took the opportunity to congratulate the winning service stations saying, “RUBIS values the contribution each service station made to the overall Customer Pulse score for 2019. Much credit can be ascribed to the Station Managers, Evadnie Creese and Lauren Gun Munroe from Peruvian Vale and St. Vincent Motors RUBIS Service Stations respectively, who are working with their staff every day and enforcing the standards. It is my expectation that we will raise the bar for 2020 and continue to over deliver on customers’ needs and expectations.”
