Team RUBIS has recognised and rewarded President’s College teachers at the 34th Graduation and Prize-Giving Ceremony for their hard work and dedication to ensuring their students’ success.
The ceremony was held at the National Cultural Centre earlier this month, where RUBIS presented teachers with 13 grocery vouchers totalling USD 1,235.
RUBIS Accounts Executive, Joylyn Johnson said the teachers had played a pivotal role in the school’s outstanding performance in the 2024 CSEC and CAPE examinations.
“Teachers are unsung heroes who toil daily to ensure society has the quantity and quality of human capital to sustain its viability. The education system would be in a serious deficit were it not for hard-working educators. It is against this extended background that Rubis has donated gifts of appreciation to some of the teachers at President’s College for their invaluable contribution to the school’s successful CSEC and CAPE results in 2024.”
Graduation Coordinator, Jagnarine Samaroo thanked RUBIS for its demonstrated commitment to education and support of teachers.
“On behalf of the graduation and planning committee, I extend our sincerest gratitude for your generous donation. Your thoughtful contribution lightened the burden on our teachers and demonstrated your commitment to supporting education and community initiatives. Your generosity truly uplifts and encourages the teachers who work tirelessly to shape young minds.”
Samaroo said President’s College looked forward to continuing its partnership with RUBIS to support its students and staff.
